NLP for Lawyers (In-person, location TBD)
Lawyer’s succeed only when they can successfully understand, communicate with, and influence others. In this course, you will learn to apply some of the most powerful tools for communication and influence from NLP directly to your needs as a lawyer. Those needs can include everything from communicating with juries, judges, clients, experts, other lawyers, to business or insurance representatives, and via any medium. You’ll learn skills useful for basic interactions, negotiations, arriving at agreements, and more. You’ll learn to open others to sharing with you and listening to your perspective. You’ll discover how to find out what truly must be addressed to get any individual to change, and how to help them make that change. This training was developed by a lawyer (Greg Prosmushkin, Esq.) in partnership with an NLP expert and neuroscientist (Josh Davis, Ph.D.) to specifically focus on how lawyers can best make use of NLP. There is no background in NLP needed to take this training.
